Workouts of the Month

Any Mums in the Park Workout of the month class will push you to achieve your best. Working in pairs or in teams you will perform and perfect exercises that are functional to everyday life and the stresses of being a mum.

Each workout is specifically programmed to get the heart and lungs working as well as the muscles so that each participant experiences a total body workout.

 

 

MITP Workouts of the Month will help you to tone and strengthen the following trouble areas;

  • Stomach
  • Legs and bum
  • Arms and shoulders
  • Strong lower back and chest

Not only that, but with the way the MITP Workouts of the Month classes are designed all the muscles learn to work together in a functional manner so that likelihood of injury is reduced both in class and in life.


Back to work circuits

MITP Back to work circuits prepare you to face the everyday reality of working life again by getting you physically geared up to return and give you chance to release all the stress accumulated from your working week.

 

Classes will usually take place at the weekend and even if you are still on maternity leave you can come along.
